Does Management know their Staff?

Good Sir....

On this I remind of two situations.....Let me share my some practical experience..

In my first company when i was recruited, i just met the President of my co. once on the date of Interview for just 2 min..also at that time, it was not yet decided that i will be hired. But even than after 5 months..one day he saw me in the co. and said me, so lastly u r in the co. U r staying in Rohini na...I was shocked that not only he knows my name, but also the place i m leaving..although i was just a normal candidate who was hired along with many, also he know about other employees too, the same thing..the problems they are facing and other points, there demands.............I really appreciate the memory of his...

Seond time, also in another co. i was just met to the MD of the co. once, and next time when we met, he remembered my name......i was again cant save myself to praise his momory..

Based on above exp.. i can say that really may be the high level persons high memory make them to reach at that level................However, in real life we find all kind of people........

But this was directed towards those managements who dont know about their staff. Staff's are the roots of every company. So management should have knowledge about their staffs.

The main motive of this is that management must know about the staff i. e. who are working with the company. And i must say that Rahul is indeed lucky that at both the places the higher management knew him by his name.
