Hello,
I had filed ITR -1 for FY 2011-12 and got refund. I did not file ITR-1 for FY 2012-13 as there was zero tax.
Do I need to submit ITR-1 for FY 2012-13 even there is zero tax liability ?

You are required to file the ITR if your total income exceeds Rs.2 Lacs even tax payable by you is nil. However, if your taxable income is below Rs.2 Lacs, you need not to file the ITR.
