I have verified it and photo, signature also uploaded by me.
But where is the option available on self service portal to file 103
only form 102 is available on portal. I m also not getting form 103 online.

both forms are available now on ssp. U can register urself through the procedure given in ssp FAQs available on icai website.
Simply login to ICAI SSP Portal and click on Articleship Cycle.
Now click on Menu (Upper Left Corner) and select Articleship from various options.
It will show the Form102 and 103 Click on Form 102 and Fill it. After filling form 103 will be generated. Download it and upload the same for approval of ICAI.
(In case there is no option to upload 103 after scan, upload the same Form which was generated on SSP. It will get approved within 7 days)
I have sumbitted form 102 & 103 on SSP but it accepted my form without asking me to upload the scanned copy of Form 102 & 103. What do i do?
Same thing happened with me. My form 102, 103 was accepted without me uploading the scanned copy. I got the student card also. Do we have to send signed documents to icai ?

There is no requirement to send the signed documents to ICAI. You will get registered within few days of submitting the unscanned form. Just check out on SSP portal. If still not registered within 10-12 days write a mail to SSP stating that you are not yet registered for articleship. Soon you will get registered !!!
I have got registered without uploading scanned copies.
Now my question is how do i pay the articleship registration fees? I can't find an option to pay
If you have paid 2000 at the time of ipcc registration you don't have to pay now.
It is quite simple.....if you are saying that you are registered simply it means you have paid the registration fees at the time of CA-Ipcc/Inter. Otherwise ICAI would not have accepted your articleship form without payment of fees.
