Documents uploading while filling dvat7 part(c)
Sir,
I am filing DVAT 7 PART C FIRST I FILL PART C UNDER DVAT 7 AND AFTER THAT I WAS UPLOADING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS ITS SHOWING SELECT RECORD FIRST ERROR.
PLEASE SOMEONE SUGGEST THAT MAY I HAVE TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FIRST BEFORE UPLOADING THE DOCUMENTS OR WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS.

you can not submit the form without uploading the documents, be insure to create pdf only with required size of the docs and upload the same
