Documents to be attached - pcc (conversion)

when you submit exam application attach the following: 

1) filled form

2) ITT Certificate (photocopy)

3) Mark statements CPT & PCC (photocopy) - of which attempt you cleared either of the group (same for exemption mark)

4) Registration letter - PCC (photocopy)



 when you submit conversion form attach the following: 

1) filled form along with DD of Rs.500/- or Rs.4,500 ( in case you are not registered & completed the ITT)

2) ITT Certificate (photocopy)

3) Fee receipt (letter) - issued during registration (photocopy)

4) Registration letter - PCC (photocopy)

5) Articles completion letter - in case article is completed (photocopy)

6) Mark Statement - PCC (photocopy) - of which attempt you cleared either of the group
