Documents required for Trade Name Change of Proprietorship in GST

Hi,

I applied for Change of Trade Name of Proprietorship in Core Fields in GST Portal, After 2 days they need clarification on address, I attached Electricity bill which in the name of Proprietor.

Today i received order of rejection saying that The TP Document is not attached. hence may be rejected.

What is TP Document and What is the document i can provide to them for Change of Trade name.
