duly executed partnership deed in english language on appropriate non judicial stamp paper

true certified translation in offecial state language where the firm is to be registered

Rs.100 blank non judicial stamp paper to obtain registration true copy from registrar with self addressed stamped envelope

application form "A" duly filled in & executed by all the partners & duly notarised

payment of necessary registration & copying fees in the form of demand draft in favour of ther registrar of firms ------- state

1) Fill form A electronically.

2) Certified photo copy of English partnership deed (Xerox)

3) Certified photo copy of Marathi partnership deed (Original)

4) DD of Rs. 750 in favour of "Registrar of Firms, Mumbai"

5) Authority letter if work is given to CA/CS/Lawyer.

6) Blank stamp paper of Rs. 100/- in the name of Firm or any one of the partner.

Certain documents are required to register your partnership firm successfully. The list of required documents goes as below;

Documents Required for Partnership Firm Registration

1. Partnership Deed

Must be signed by all partners.
Should include:

Firm name and address
Names and addresses of partners
Nature of business
Profit-sharing ratio
Capital contribution
Rules for admission, retirement, or dissolution

(Notarized on stamp paper of appropriate value depending on the state.)

2. PAN Card of All Partners

Self-attested copies required.

3. Address Proof of All Partners

(Any one of the following)

Aadhaar Card
Voter ID
Driving License
Passport

4. Passport-size Photos of All Partners

5. Proof of Principal Place of Business

If owned: Electricity bill / property tax receipt
If rented: Rent agreement + NOC from landlord

6. PAN Card of the Partnership Firm

(Apply for a separate PAN after the deed is executed.)

7. Application for Registration (Form 1)

Submitted to the Registrar of Firms along with prescribed fees.

Optional but Recommended:

GST Registration (if turnover exceeds limits)
Shop & Establishment License (depending on state rules)
Bank Account Opening Proof
