1. Partnership Deed
  • Must be signed by all partners.
  • Should include:
    • Firm name and address

    • Rules for admission, retirement, or dissolution

(Notarized on stamp paper of appropriate value depending on the state.)

2. PAN Card of All Partners
  • Self-attested copies required.
3. Address Proof of All Partners

(Any one of the following)

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Voter ID
  • Driving License
  • Passport
4. Passport-size Photos of All Partners
5. Proof of Principal Place of Business
  • If owned: Electricity bill / property tax receipt
  • If rented: Rent agreement + NOC from landlord
6. PAN Card of the Partnership Firm

(Apply for a separate PAN after the deed is executed.)

7. Application for Registration (Form 1)

Submitted to the Registrar of Firms along with prescribed fees.
