There is a Form of 7/12 in Maharashtra & Form I & XIX in Goa related to land records. In that form it is mentioned as Land is "Cultivable area - Garden." Is this the agricultural property ? Or any other document required to prove its agricultural property?.Please Reply

No. Most of the time it is the part declared in bigger plot as non-constructive area.
