If person is new under GST , that means if he has no VAT and Service Tax Number or excise number then what is the proof of consitution of bussiness in case of proprietorship concern?
In case of Proprietorship, Proof of Constitution of Business is not applicable. Hence you are not required to upload any documents regarding proof of constitution of business.
