Why you need to file TDS return, when the same is deducted from the your payment?

You can take TDS certificate from the organizer.  Or the amount should reflect in your form 26AS.

Otherwise also it gets adjusted against tax liability at 30% tax over winnings from lotteries, games etc. But you are required to disclose the same in ITR.

Thank you sir for your valuable reply, I have downloaded 26AS certificate where as these transactions are showing in FY2017-18 when one transaction is of July 2016, another 4 transactions are of Nov-Dec 2016. How to move forward with this 26AS form and TDS certificate received from organizer
