Document attchment with aoc-4

Hi,

the recently released AOC-4 has a mandatory Attachment - Copy of financial statements duly authenticated as per section 134 (including Board’s report, auditors’ report and other documents) Can someone clarify what these “Other documents” are? Also, Directors’ report as per sub-section (3) of section 134 is listed as an attachment. Does this mean that we attach director’s report once again, separately

You may attach balance sheet, p&l along with schedules under copy of financial statements. You may also attach notice of agm, dir rept and its attachments (mgt 9 copy of audit rep, notes on accounts under second section. Pls note that signed copies of above documents should be attached. Dont attach SD copy. Regards, Arjun

No, as per MCA instruction ,we canot attach SD copy

IT IS SAID THAT DULY AUTHENTICATED THEREFORE, SD COPY WILL NOT WORK HERE.....

But MCA Accpets Form even if you filled as "Sd/-".

Sanket, Sd/- signatures are no longer allowed. You can file the form but they'll raise a query later on.

Is it compulsory to attach Notice of AGM with Directors Report?

I was asked to resubmit AOC4 for 2018-19 as the attachments were defective. Auditor gave corrected documents and submitted the same. Now we got a message that "Attachments to the e form should be originally signed documents in compliance with Rule 8 (6) and (7) of Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014. Company is requested to attach scanned image of originally signed documents to take the e formon record. Since the resubmitted documents are defective as they are not in compliance with the above mentioned Rule, the form is marked "NTBR" with the direction to file the form afresh."

I understand I have to pay a fine of Rs. 10 lakhs. This is next to daylight robbery. I want to challenge the rejection of our resubmitted form due to lack of signed signature citing the advice given by the RoC in their website. Please give me your thoughts.
