my one client is doctor he get salary from hospital and hospital department deduct his tds u/s 194j so should I file itr 1 for salary or should I file itr4 as profession income it's refund tds so if I file wrong so refund will be available or not please help

Return 4 as they deducted TDS by treating him as professional consultant doctor not as an employee.
