Do the top middle firms accept transfer case

I have recently passed IPCE gr-1 and I m not getting good firms for articleship. I am planning to join a small firm and take transfer after 6 months after clearing 2nd group. Do the top middle firms like the ones in "Top 30 firms in Delhi" accept such transfer of both group passed candidate in 2nd attempt. Please reply swiftly.
