Hi Friends
Please DO NOT order any books from this site called CCH India. I ordered few books and it took many days and the books didn't come. So I called them to cancel the order. It has been so many days since I cancelled the order but still I have not got my money back.
I tried to call them several times. First a lady picks up and when I say my money is not received she puts on hold and for hours nobody answers your call. After calling repeatedly another guy picked up the call and he said was 'boli... boli.. boli...'. I tried to speak to him in English but he never understood a word. For god's sake it was their customer care line and how could one there not know English!!!. I asked him to put someone else on the line. He disconnected.
I mailed them. No reply.
Please guys DO NOT order books from this site and lose 2k like me. Save your money and buy your books elsewhere.
