Do I need to pay GST on rent?

If I have a shop on the land of a trust (unregistered), then I will have to pay GST on the rent, the rent is 5500 rupees per month. What will be the percentage of GST.

Thanks sir, In the second case, if the land owner's property is residential, then also GST has to be paid on shop rent? Shop rent is Rs. 3000 per month.
