yes....you have to file return and pay taxes.
Yes, you have to pay the GST. It's mandatory to pay. I have also got registration for GST from TradenFill. Their team helped me a lot. I would say thanks to them for their help and support.
Under GST Regime, filing GST Returns is mandatory every month/quarter even if there is no business transaction in a month/quarter [ i.e. NIL RETURN ].

Filing of GST Return is mandatory for every registered tax payers.So you have file the GST Return and also Pay the Tax Dues.
