I just wanna ask do a good rank in CPT matters???Or how much good marks in CPT matters and do passing with distinction gets you a distinction certificate???

Securing good marks in CPT/getting a rank in it will helps you in getting opportunity to enter good articleship firm, subject to if you have good grip on the subjects.
YOU WILL GET DISTINCTION RANK IF U GET MORE THAN 140. THAT WILL BE MENTIONED IN RESULT ITSELF
Yes, if you pass with more than 140 marks then it'll be mentioned on your CPT marksheet as "passed with distinction"! I know because its mentioned on my CPT result :)

Last year I missed it by 4 marks. I just managed a 136 :(
