DNV co. in hyderabad

hi guys.i completed pe2 this november 2006 and now in d process of searching for firms for articleship.so could u please tell me if DNV co. in hyderabad a good one for doing articles.
Also i was told that by april 30th we shud get registered and join articles.so is it true.colud i also know if i get registered wid the firm in april ending iam not late right?so is it like i should fill the registration form only while joining the firm.
guys dont think iam asking too many doubts.
And the timings of the firm are from 9:30am to 6:00pm and so on.so when shud i study and go for final coaching.if at all i go for coaching in the mornings i can utmost take coaching for 2 subjects.so please tell me wat to do.
Iam attempting my b.com final exams in this march and finish it by april 11th.but i want to take break for a month atleast but i was told to join on april 19th itself.in this situation wat can i do.
iam breaking my head with these doubts.so please help me!!!!!
