1. Can dividend be paid on the preference shares which have issued 3 months ago?
2. If interim dividend already be paid to the preference shareholders then is it compulsory to declare and pay the final dividend to them?

yes on prorata basis dividend can be paid
no its not compulsory to pay dividend its on the sole decision of the board to pay dividend
