Pl let me know if in AGM sharholders can decline/ forgo the dividend which is declared by the Board of Directors and the co can reverse the provision made for proposed dividend.
Also provide the relevant provisions in support of your answer.

Ultimate power to declare dividend is with shareholders at the AGM. Yes they can refuse the recommendation of board of directors to declare dividend at the AGM.
