How much dividend we can pay now. we want to pay @ 25% ?

There is no restriction in dividend payout ratio. It is the discretion of the board. However while paying dividend . you are required to comply with provisions of sections 123-127 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Sir We want to pay interim dividend for september ths year and dont want to pay final dividend again.
so can we only pay interim dividend?
No probs. It is the discretion of board.
