Can Dividend proposed by board be modified/(reduced) by members in general meeting???

No. As per sec 102(2) of CA 2013, div approved by shareholders must be at the rate recommended by board of directors.shareholders do not have the right to modify .Modification includes increase/ decrease

Yes dividend rate can be reduced by shareholders but they cannot increase the rate proposed by board....
Yes it can be modify but it could not b more than as recommended by board of directors

hope the companies act 2013 not talks about reduce the divident. can't reduce
As per regulation 80 of table f of schedule I of CA 2013 members can reduce the rate of dividend but cannot increase the rate of dividend at AGM
