Whether ICAI is playing DIVIDE AND RULE game with our ca students?

AS WE CAN SEE THAT PASSED OUT STUDENT ALWAYS SAYS THAT ICAI IS VERY GOOD,THEY NEVER FAIL A STUDENT INTENTIONALLY   BUT FAILED STUDENT ALWAYS SAYS THAT ICAI IS NOT GOOD AND FAIL A STUDENT INTENTIONALLY

why talk about fail and all now...while its reality that people have diverged opinions about ICAI's policies but cmon people want to go to exam with a positive mindset....its not the best time to post this issue..thats all..
