I voted for IGNOU. IGNOU is the best distance education university in India. The Indira Gandhi National Open University in India is the leader when it comes to distance education as it was established primarily to provide distance education to less advantaged sections of the society.

I think you should go for vinayaka mission university which is one of the best university in India which is dealing in Distance Education only, the course list is like:

M.Com of IGNOU is better if you have completed CA/CS/CMA final course because you need to write only 4 papers and the rest 8 or 9 papers are the same which you study for CA/CS/CMA final exams. So, you will get credit transfer automatically.

If you want to pursue M.Com, but not interested in doing CA/CS/CMA, then it's better to choose Annamalai University or Madurai Kamaraj University.
