While forming Partnership Firm, I have registered the Firm with the Registrar of Firms.
Now the Partners want to dissolve the Partnership. What is the Procedure to dissolve the Firm?
Whether to cancel the Firm registration certificate? if yes, how to cancel the firm registration certificate.
