The DIN of the defaulting Director will remain valid from 1st January 2018 till March 2018
Company shall file form related to Annual filing in normal course subject to limit specified under section 403, i.e. maximum 12 times of normal filing fees.
After filing of Form file ECODS 2018 along with fees of Rs. 30,000/-
so we have to first file ECODS then file forms of aanual return ?
No, First file MGT 7 of annual return , then file ECOD
