Disqualification of director
Amongst the two directors of a pvt ltd company, one director became disqualified since he did not attend any board meeting for the last 12 months.
what steps need to be taken for same

Since it is a private company, unless it's an OPC, it should have minimum 2 directors for carrying out it's business.
Here as one is disqualified as not attended any meetings, his office is vacated as per section 167 of Companies act, 2013.
Thus now the other director should bring the company in operational stage by appointing a director to abide by the statutory requirement.
