Disqualification of director
f I'm a director in 4 private limited companies and one of the company has not filed it's annual return & financial statements then will I be disqualified to act as director in all the 4 companies?

Not filed the returns for past 3 years.
Yes, Disqualification will apply for all 4 companies...
But it will apply only if Financial Statement OR Annual Return not filled for 3 consecutive Financial Years.
