is there any disqualification that if a person who is paying tax under preaumptive income basis does not pay advance tax before 15th march?
i mean ia there any provision like if no advance tax is paid,he will not be eligible for payment of tax under this preaumptive income basis

There is no link what you asked. Afer declare of presumtive income you can paid Self. Assessment Tax wheather advance tax paid or not. But only section 234b and 234c will be attract.
