As everybody knows BMC & MNS given some deadline for putting up name boards in Marathi citing provisions of The Bombay Shop & Establishment Act.
As per my knowledge there is Bombay High Court Decision regarding non applicability of the same to Chartered Accountants.
I just wanted to know on an urgent basis regarding the applicability of the same to us. Shall we required to comply with the same.

I think instead of judjing the applicability of law on CA profession, we should try to react spontenously and put the name plate in marathi language. Isnt it ???????
