Our Company has recently shifted its Regitered Offfice.

As per Section 12(3),

Every company on the outside of every office or place in which its
business is carried on in a conspicuous position shall paint or affix
its name and the address of its registered office and keep the same
painted or affixed.

Now my query is ,

The Company name has be engraved or pained on the office building also ,

Or, affixing the company name outside the office premises will do

Every company shall paint or affix its name, and the address of its registered office, and keep the same painted or affixed, on the outside of every office or place in which its business is carried on in legible letters. Therefore it should be mentioned outside the building also.

It's ok to comply with office premises. no need to paint or affix on building. As section specifically saying office or place, which does not mean building. you can put the same on office door or entrance door.
