Our Company has recently shifted its Regitered Offfice.
As per Section 12(3),
Every company on the outside of every office or place in which its
business is carried on in a conspicuous position shall paint or affix
its name and the address of its registered office and keep the same
painted or affixed.
Now my query is ,
The Company name has be engraved or pained on the office building also ,
Or, affixing the company name outside the office premises will do
