Excisable Good are those which are mentioned in the Schedule ( Tarrif List / HSN - Harmonised System of Nomenclature) on which excise is applicable.

Under excise taxable event is the Point of manufacture & Payment of Excise is done at the time of Removal ( See Mumbai HC Judgement)

Deemed manufacture is where even goods are manufactured by some other Preson on our behalf
