Discounted cash flow method of share valuation

According to the new updation in FEMA, for transfer of shares from resident to non-resident, the fair value of shares shall be valued by Discounted Cash Flow method. Can anybody please provide me the format of share valuation certificate issued by CA and how to calculate the fair value of shares by this method ? any eg.?

Dear All,

I request you to plz tell me if there is any discrimination into the applicability of DCF method for loss making companies or in any other sense, coz in my case i find it difficult to arrive at any conclusion to categorize a private limited company which is into continuous losses since last few years.
