Plz Help me out regarding this....a Pvt Ltd Co. has changed its registered office within Delhi from Shadara to Connaught Place..i.e. within the local limits of the same state...is this disclosure required to be made in compliance Certificate and if yes, then, after which point....
As per my knowledge, disclosure in CC have to be made only when there is change in the regd office from one stae to another....

In my opinion, CC disclosure is reqd only incase of change of regd. office from 1 state to another. see point 26 in the form annexed in the Companies (Compliance Certificate) Rules 2001
