DIRECTOR MAY BE HOLDING SHARE OF MANY OTTHER COMPANY AS PART OF HIS INVESTMENT. IF THOSE INVESTMENT ALSO NEED TO BE DISCLOSED.
AND RELATIVE OF DIRECTOR MAY BE ALSO HOLDING SHARE IN SAME COMPANY ?
WHAT ALL DIFFERENT TYPE OF SITUATION EXIST FOR WHICH DIRECTOR HAVE TO DISCLOSE HIS INTEREST????
