whether loan from directors need to disclose under accounting standard 18??

Standard 18 that relates to the related party disclosures covers the directors loans and need to be disclosed as per the standard. Since, key managent personnel is a part of related party, any transaction with them needs to be disclosed. Hence, it is very much in purview of the standard. Hope it helps :)
