after export you have to submit

- original and duplicate copies of ARE1 dutly passed by customs

- Bank Realization certificate

- Shipping bill xerox copy

- Bill of lading xerox copy

- annexure 19 in duplicate

after getting triplicate copy from range, and match the same with original, the bond authority will admit the credit of duty payable and discharge the duty liability.

BRC= Realisation of export proceeds through bank , you have to contact bank for the realization memo against your export which is issued after remittence of funds by your overseas buyer to your banker, against your exports.
