Hello,
I filled an ITR of an proprietorship business which is in wholesale business.
I claimed a depreciation of Rs 17800 on total fixed assets as per income tax rates.
I received an intimation us 143 1 a ii... which is disallowing total depreciation.
Please help according to legal aspect.
