YES, IT IS THE COURSE COUNDEWCTED BY THE ICAI, AFTER BECOMING THE C A YOU HAVE TO REGISTED UR SELF FOR THE PT AND THEN U HAVE TO APPER FOR THE TWO STAGES EXAMINATION. THE ISA BOARD HAS BEEN CONSTITUTED BY THE ICAI.FROM THE SITE OF THE ICAI U CAN FIND THE SAME DETAILS
