Yes a Person who is a director of OPC can become a Director of another company.
however he cannot form Another OPC.
Dear Sir, Please Clarify Clearly that A Person who is Director in OPC can be Managing Director in any Other Private Limited- If yes - in how many Companies, he may become MD
A director in OPC can be director in maximum 15 companies as per CA 2013. And MD in only two companies provided he is being authorised by One company via resolution to get appointed as MD in the 2nd company
