How much directors remuneration can be taken if the company is at a loss?

It is specified in the Articles of Association of the Company....
Kindly refer to Schedule V of The Companies Act 2013.
In the case of Pvt Ltd Company, remuneration can be paid as mentioned in the AOA or by passing a board resolution.
There are restrictions for Public Ltd Company.
Everything has to be mentioned while formation of the company.
