Directors died in car accident

Follow the same procedure relating to Company Foramtion.

ok but first we have to show old directors resignation how can I do so because director I s no more ??

Hi Pankaj,

1. Appoint their legal heirs / capable person as additional directors.

2. If the directors hold any shares transfer it to their legal heirs.

3. File form-32 (the form contains the option as 'cessation of director due to' you can mention there as death).

4. Disable the deceased director's DIN.

P.S.: If you have a valid digital signature, there will be no complications. For better relief consult your company secretary / RoC.

As per my knowledge, 

1) Appoint the sons as directors in casual cacancy, file form 32.

2) Ensure the procedure of transmission of shares.

Thereafter proceed with other things like disabling DIN etc.
