I am a director of a private limited company. Am I now liable to pay service tax on salary or any amount i draw from my company? please guide and explain in a layman's language:)

Director's Salary is Chargeable to Service Tax.
As Directors not under any Employer Employee's Relationship.
Also as long as you're filing your Income tax return under the head of Salary you shall be exempted to that extent.
