So is there limitation for managers in govt co.
I want to know service tax treatment on directors remuneration of a director of a private ltd company?

A WTD and ED is generally regarded as employee of the company and as per sec 65B(44) of finance act 1994 a service by employee to his employer in course of or in relation of his employment shall not be include in meaning of service.
