Dear experts..we did e-KYC of company directors last year so do we need to e-KYC this year too?

now with the move of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to update its registry, all directors with a DIN will have to submit their KYC details annually in eForm DIR-3 KYC.21

Yes, you would need to file DIN Web-KYC if there is no change in details which was filed last year.

Yes, it to be done every year by 30/09 ,even if someone is not a director even then it will require till he/she has approved DIN , Web based form when no change in Mobile no & email ID, PDF Dir-3 KYC when change in above details and DIR-6 then DIR-3 KYC, if change in registry data of that director..
