A pvt ltd company had two directors who resigned after closure of financial but before accounts finalisation and accordingly new directors were appointed . In form MGT-7, under details of directors as on close of financial year section, we have mentioned the directors who were appointed as on 31.03.2018. But a prescrutiny error has occured which saya the director is not associated with with the company under the said designation. (The form has been signed by the present director.) What should be done in this case?
