AGM date : If the financial year is March 31, 2025, the AGM should be held by September 30,2025.

Director's Report Signing Date: This should typically happen before the AGM, as the board needs to approve the financial tatements before presenting them at the AGM.

The Directors Report  must be signed and dated before AGM date but after financials are ready and auditor reports are received.  Financial statement must be apprved in a board meeting and signed by the Directors and then audited  placed before the AGM.  Step by Step process: In Board meeting, financials are approved, and then auditor signs the auditor report and then subsequently hold the AGM. It means financials must be approved before 31st August 2025

The Board meeting must approve the financial statement before they are signed or audited. so since audit report is signed on 31st August, so date of board meeting for approving the aduit must be the date before 31st August.  So board report might be signed on the same date on which financials are signed, i.e 31st August 2025. AGM shall be held  within 6 months from the closure of the financial year. So ideally the last date should be 30th September. AGM must be after approving the financial statement and audit report. In AGM approved financial statements are adopted. so AGM must only be after the date of aproving of financial accounts
