A Director hold 80 % Share In a Company, Any Process To Remove Him ? Is this possible to remove him?

Dear Sir,

 

Possible to remove as a director only if he resigns and gives resignation letter.

Filing form 32 will be sufficient compliance.

For transfering shares, execute transfer of share certificates and form 7B should be recorded and noted down.

Also it should be reflected in Annual form filing of company..
