While incorporating company, in Form 32 by mistake one director has been appointed as Non Executive director in place of Executive Director. Please suggest what to do in order to appoint him as executive director.

Dear Sudipta,
You can file addendum if the form is pending for resubmission otherwise file fresh eform with original appointment resolution and another resolution to correct the mistake.
