Director fees
Dear Sir,
in reversal mechanism if director provide a services to company whether we have to pay service tax on only sitting fees of directors. or if travelling expenses/Borading lodging expenses also can pay by RCM. Kindly clarify sir,

In Reversal Mechanisam you will have to Pay the Service tax to Service provided by director i.e Sittting Fees , Travelling Expenses & Boarding Expenses are only Reimbursement of Expenses which is to be paid by Company to Director it is not a Service.
